Balanced scale

A scale is balanced when the two endpoints mean the opposite of one another and the intervals between the scale points appear to be about equal.

Uma escala é balanceada quando os dois pontos extremos possuem significados opostos um ao outro e o intervalo entre os pontos da escala parecem ser aproximadamente iguais.
