Method
A method is a set of organizing principles around which empirical data is collected and analyzed. A variety of methods can be applied to any research problem and it is often necessary to use a combination of methods to fully understand the problem. The choice of methods depends upon the theoretical stance of the researcher, access to resources and how closely the method aligns with the questions that have been posed.
