Summated Rating Scale
It is a set of two or more items (i.e. questions) that address a specific topic or aspect of interest. Having multiple items improves reliability by reducing the chance of respondents making an error in their response and increases the precision with which a concept is measured.

Escala de Taxa Acumulada
É um conjunto de dois ou mais itens (ou seja, questões) que abordam um tema específico ou aspecto de interesse. A maior quantidade de itens aumenta a confiabilidade, reduzindo a chance dos participantes cometerem um erro em sua resposta, e aumenta a precisão com que um conceito é medido.
